Crew scheduling text-message terms
Effective July 19, 2026
Program operator
Peppers Merch Prep Tools is operated by Swetland Inc. for Tidwell Merchandising crew scheduling. Swetland Inc. provides the website and text-messaging service; Tidwell Merchandising is the employer or merchant referenced in crew job offers and event instructions.
Program description
Peppers Merch Prep Tools sends non-promotional text messages to temporary event crew members about job availability, event dates, venues, stand assignments, call times, confirmations, schedule changes, and closely related work logistics.
How to opt in
Before receiving messages, a crew member gives express permission directly to an authorized manager after hearing the program description, expected message frequency, possible carrier charges, and the HELP and STOP instructions. The manager records the date and method of consent. Consent is not a condition of employment.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with event schedules and your availability. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Stopping and restarting
Reply STOP to stop text messages. Reply START to resume messages after opting out. Reply HELP for assistance, or email Peppersmerch@gmail.com.
Expected replies
Availability messages may ask you to reply YES, NO, or MAYBE. Confirmation messages may ask you to reply CONFIRM. A YES response indicates availability, but does not guarantee an assignment until a confirmation is sent. A MAYBE response lets the manager know to check back with you.
Privacy
Personal information and message records are handled according to our Privacy Policy. Mobile information is not sold or shared for third-party marketing.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the crew communication program changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
