Who operates this service
Peppers Merch Prep Tools is a workforce-scheduling and event-logistics service operated by Swetland Inc. for Tidwell Merchandising. Swetland Inc. operates the website and text-messaging service; Tidwell Merchandising is the employer or merchant referenced in crew job offers and event instructions.
What we collect
We may store crew members’ names, nicknames, phone numbers, email addresses, work preferences, event availability, stand assignments, confirmation replies, work history, and optional birthday month and day. Text-message records may include message content, delivery status, and opt-in or opt-out status.
How we use it
Swetland Inc. and authorized Tidwell Merchandising staff use this information only to offer temporary event work, collect availability responses, assign crew members, send call-time confirmations, maintain work records, and prepare for venue merchandise operations.
Who receives it
Information is available to authorized Swetland Inc. and Tidwell Merchandising staff and service providers needed to operate the tool, including website, data-storage, file-storage, and text-messaging providers. We do not sell or rent crew members’ personal information. Mobile numbers, text-message opt-in data, and consent records are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging
Text messaging is used for job availability and event logistics. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of employment. Message frequency varies by event schedule and may be up to 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Crew members may reply HELP for help, STOP to stop messages, or START to resume them.
Retention and security
Records are retained while they remain useful for staffing, compliance, and business history. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or remove your information, subject to business and legal recordkeeping needs. You may also opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
